Bagel Bros Deli

There bagels hands down best in Bergen county...I don’t know what these other people are on, maybe the people in the store don’t like them idk but I go there everyday and besides it being fast the food is amazingly high quality and there service is unbeaten in the bagel/deli industry. I work as a Courtesy service specialist at sojo spa club so I know what good customer service is and that “bad” people don’t receive good customer servicennBAGEL BROS DON’T EVER CHANGE!!!

Not good at all...

Normally decent however my mother went there requested salt bagels and got burnt bagels. She brought them back and the owner told her they “weren’t that brunt”. Really?? Poor response and will not return. PS..refused her coupon because of covid.....WTH??!!

Don’t go to bagel Bros on a Sunday I ordered two sandwiches when I got home one was completely wrong I went back explain what happened they made another sandwich when I got home that one was completely wrong I ended up giving it to my dog I should have went to McDonald’s
