Went to get a donut box and guy was generous enough to give me all the left overs from the day great dunkin

Just wanna say how disappointed I am with the service at your other location across route 46. I grew up in the town of elmwood park and I’ve been coming to this Dunkin since high school. Since the older Spanish lady started working I tried to avoid that location. That’s sad that every time I want coffee I have to drive further. The older Spanish lady always has an attitude and is very nasty. I know she’s been working at this location for many years so I try to avoid going to the location next to 7/11. I know we all have bad days but this is the second time she been very nasty so I started recording her an she changed her whole Attitude. I will be calling corporate on this Individual she is not the owner and she has no right talking to paying customers the way she does that’s the last time I will ever step foot in that location something needs to be done and I’ve seen her huff and puff Over an old man paying with coins. You’re the face of that business she need a lesson in customer service.

They fast but they never never get the order right... am there everyday and the coffee has to be different than the way I want it. Like when I order please lsn what I say ,,, I don’t have to buy another coffee for three times just because I feel shy to say you got it wrong.

It's only store makes coffee so fresh .
