I live across the street and was so excited to see such a highly rated spa nearby! I agree with all the 5 star reviews, La Juana and SPAaaht are absolutely divine. I have had many spa + sports massages in NYC and this was the best one I've ever had. She was attentive, treated all the areas I was having pain in, and provided an absolutely luxury experience.

Went here two weeks ago to try it out. This was suggested from a friend of mine. I had a bootcamp session that Saturday and it was a good reason to try out the place. Being my first time there, I wanted to experience the communal bath. Nice place, very relaxing. I like the steam room, it's really good to go after a grueling workout or a session like bootcamp. Would like to go back and maybe try a massage or a facial.

La Juana was very attentive to the neck and shoulder pain issues I shared with her. Her demeanor is very pleasant and her space is peaceful. I look forward to returning.
