Everyone has been very nice to me explain everything in detail process from start to finish from the day i started , surgery, recovery, and massage. I am very pleased to meet all the staff and surgeon at this center. I am very happy that I came here. I feel very confident referring every one to come here to get Lipo360,BBL,hips and massage done here. I am very excited to say that I love how my body looks after all. I am in love with my new look! Thanks to everyone who supported me here all the time and guide me to achieve my goal. I also recommend people to go after surgery to Brooklyn Massage, the massage therapist and the receptionist is very professional and caring people. I loved coming here, I felt very comfortable with what was done and I also enjoyed been here. I love the good energy that is this here at Brooklyn massage and how friendly the receptionist and the massage therapist were with me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to look amazing.

Where do i start. The entire process was terrible. Long waits, bad customer service, highly unprofessional. I followed through anyway thinking atleast maybe the surgery will be worth it. Well the day of my surgery they stated that i owed an additional $400 for post op package (butt pillow, scar creams, boards etc). I have already paid 6K and was not open to paying anything else. Anyway as i was putting on my clothes to walk out, the manager gave them the ok to have me do the surgery. As I’m now in the surgical gown, the receptionist tells me that the manager says i will not receive any post op massages until i pay the additional $400. Mind you, this is a promo for lipo360+bbl+hips for $5850 that they have on their page. Not to mention, the lady did not know what she was doing. she checked my blood pressure 3 or 4 times on the SAME arm. It read 131/72. She was not paying attention. Ran it again, it said 148/76. And then ran it again where it read 176/105 p 125. They said my blood pressure was high and handed me 6 pills, said “take this.” Not explaining what any pill was for. Me being concerned, i asked what they were. She said propranolol, Xanax & Benadryl. Idk but what if i wasn’t a nurse? What if i didnt know what these were? She was just very professional and i feel i should’ve followed my signs telling me not to proceed with them from the beginning. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They are STILL not trying to refund me my 6K. My next step is to dispute with my bank.

Gina is one of the most responsive and attentive patient coordinators i have dealt with and even after she wasnt my coordinator she has still always been very helpful and answers any questions i have. Ashley has also been very kind and helpful as well. Thank you!

Go to them for dermatology and plan to do some ab etching in the future I love the results I see. Would recommend anyone I know to goals for their transparency and organized way of doing things.

I will be completely honest. The customer service is very unprofessional and needs a lot of work. People do not have their ducks in a row. It’s very frustrating and takes a million calls and some serious assertiveness to get to the right people. Thankfully Liz, the office manager, gave me her cell phone number and I was able to get things squared away. Dr. LoTempio is absolutely amazing! I spoke with her a few days out, as I was feeling nervous and uncomfortable. She put me at ease. She is the nicest woman with an amazing bedside manner. Her work is phenomenal. I know a lot of people go with the other doctors as her work isn’t posted as much on Instagram, but I wouldn’t let anyone else touch me. She takes her time, explains everything and is detail oriented. If you want your waist snatched and to come out looking like a million bucks, schedule with her. Ask for Rosa for your post op drainage and massages. She is very sweet and does a great job.
