I've gotten my hair cut twice here with Lydia and she does a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Very good prices for Manhattan! While a decent haircut, it was not my favorite. Usually, they take more time to ask me the details of how I want the cut (layers, angles, etc.).

Excellent customer service and wonderful staff. I had an unfortunate negative experience at first, but they definitely made up for it and I'm glad I went back. The hair stylists are great, and the eyebrow bar is awesome. Just make sure you communicate and tell them exactly what you want, and they'll work magic! Love it and definitely going back :)

Wonderful people and great service.

A woman here cut my hair several months ago and it not a good haircut at all. I asked for layers, and brought a photo of the style I wanted. I left with everything one length, and somehow angled down at the front. Plus she unnecessarily thinned my hair, which I did not ask for.
