I received one month free when I only needed the weekend to hold my belongings in storage. I ended up using the unit a bit longer because I knew the month was free. I only had to pay taxes and for the lock. The overall balance due was substantially less than it would have been without the one month free promo! Plus, Cube Smart has great customer service. I highly recommend!
The place is clean, bright, secure, easy to access. The crew answered all my questions promptly every time (and since it was my first time using a storage facility in the US, I had so many of them!) and were super reactive every time. I highly recommend this facility.
Terrible customer service. Walking too far ahead of us like we needed to hurry up. Speaking to fast. Pretty much it seemed like we were wasting her time by asking to seem a sample of the rooms. Secondly they are too high priced. $200 a month for a 5x5 space. Guys do not go here. Save yourself the aggravation.
It was seamless. I contacted the location and distance. The customer service was phenomenal. The location is spotless. Very well-maintained and managed.
There is a gentleman who's the store manager or something. Rudest guy in the world. I would say u would b better off leaving ur stuff on a curb and hoping no one would take it. He so rude. Don't give them ur business. I'm taking my stuff out after this month is over
