Hand and stone

I have had great experiences with Hand & Stones in the past. But not this one. A few months ago I called to make an day of appointment. When I got there they said that my appointment was not on the books. I showed them the time stamp call on my phone documenting the call. After arguing with the front staff for 10 minutes about my appointment, one of the girls said they might have accidentally deleted my appointment because they confused me with someone else who cancelled their appointment that had the same last name as me. When I asked what could be done... they told me all the masseuse's had left for the day and there was nothing they could do. They were not apologetic at all that I drove an hour out of my way. Will not be getting a massage from here ever again.
