We’ve had many experiences with uhaul ... some smooth, some stressful, but one thing that we had never experienced before was the wonderful customer service at this location. Carlos went above and beyond and made sure all our mishaps were handled in an efficient and reasonable manner. Couldn’t be more thankful for his existence.
nothing but an excellent experience at this Uhaul. we placed our items in a storage unit and Carlos was so accommodating of everything needed. everything was clean and professional, easily one of the nicest locations we have been to!
We went to the Uhaul facility in East Rutherford, N.J to inquire about a 20 ft truck rental. The experience was wonderful. We dealt with Alex Green and he explained how to proceed with the rental after showing us the difference in truck sizes. We have a reservation for Tuesday the 24th. Thank You Alex!
