Ridge Road Hot Bagel

Called in my order and it was ready 10 minutes later. Great prices, fresh bagels and hot coffee. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because my BLT only had 2 slices of bacon and it was quite fatty. Will be back again

Love their bagels. Their sandwiches are great. Prices are reasonable. Service is fast. Best bacon in a sandwich...crispy, tasty and never greasy. BIG PLUS...they take cc.

It was my first time trying today with a friend who RAVES about their food. Firstly, we waited 25 mins in a line before one person even moved, and we ordered 15 mins before arriving. After waiting 25 mins in a line, someone comes out and asks each of us if we’re with doordash. We say no but than ask why, their response is “well the apps are our first priority”. I get the longer line and a slightly longer wait with Covid and safety regulations, but for you to come out ask people who have been waiting 30 minutes with no help, if they’re with doordash then to say “well they’re priority” is just rude and bad customer service! Overall we waited 55 mins outside for a sandwich. The service they have going right now is horrible, food was good service was terrible! If you’re too busy to handle all your customers, I would shut the apps off while you catch up!

Prices and food are GREAT! Bagels are made fresh everyday and are SOOO SOFT! Staff is friendly and service customers quickly. 10/10 On the everything bagel BLT would recommend!!!
