The facials and massages are wonderful. They offer multiple services and you can design your own for your needs. Been going there over 2 years now and the staff is great!

Massage Envy does a great job. They have some exceptional therapists. I have had my membership at this location for 10+ years. I love getting massages here!

This experience was the worst! I had a gift certificate for a facial and a massage. I went for the massage, but couldn’t make an appointment for the facial the same day, so I called a different day for the facial, and was informed it would cost me $104.00. I explained that it was a package which was gifted to me. The very poorly prepared girl at the desk said”well you’ve been here before for the massage, so technically you are a patron, so the introductory price no longer applies. Now it will cost $104. What a SCAM. I will NEVER go there again and you shouldn’t either!

My massage therapist did a good job and she was very nice. However, I did not receive the full 60 minute massage for which I paid. I called and told them I was running a few minutes late and was not advised that they were counting that as part of my massage time. Then the massage ended 5 minutes early. So I paid for 60 minutes and my massage was only actually about 40 minutes. I definitely feel gypped.
