Third time is a charm! Signed up when I was in Houston and didn't have much luck in Edgewater, NJ until my third visit.nnBianca was absolutely amazing! Glad to finally have found someone here that I can come back to every month. Highly recommend requesting her!

Last week, I went to Hand and Stone - Edgewater for the first time. It was amazing. I did a couples massage. They asked for focus areas, they adjusted the pressure as they worked. It was clean and sanitized. I will definitely be going back. They also ensured to communicate via phone, email and text the day before and the day of.

Beware! I cancelled my account months ago, went in person signed all the things and even spoke with a manager but am still being charged! Clearly they treat their membership as a scam to continue to charge folks. I called and there is no apology, or anything along those lines which is crazy, basic customer service is to acknowledge the error and apologize. Do not recommend, what an unprofessional organization.

I have been receiving massages for the last twelve years and I have been dedicated to an incredible employee who just passed this year. I have never found another staff member who could create a similar impeccable service and experience, until I came to Edgewater NJ Hand & Stone! Everyone is incredibly friendly - all receptionists, spa professional Wilson & the manager Stephanie.nnI will travel 2 hours to make sure I come here. They are the absolute best location of the several locations that I have visited throughout NJ. I am forever thankful for this team and their level of professionalism and commitment. This is why I have my membership and will continue to keep this. Thank you!!!!
