Staff was very professional and friendly. Building / units seem new, and the facility is very clean. There are hand carts available by each entrance to move your things. And there are plenty of storage/packing supplies available for purchase in the front office. The location is good for a storage space - behind a shopping plaza and out of the way. I was able to back our truck right up to the entrance to move my things. The building is very secure as well - access codes are needed for both the entrances and the elevator. I've never had to rent a storage space before, but I'm very happy with the facility itself and the service here.
From start to finish, they were very informative and gave me just what I needed. The facility is well maintained and never has any issues. Woukd definitely consider again when needed.
The entire process could not have gone more smoothly. Getting in felt both secure and easy and the building feels fairly new and is very clean. Highly recommend.

I showed up a little after the office had closed with movers to place some contents in storage. We found out during the process that the cube I had selected wouldn't be large enough. Erik was incredibly helpful in coming over (after hours) to help find a space that would accommodate the contents we were looking to store. Special thank you to Erik for going above and beyond to help me avert potential disaster at the storage facility and make a difficult process (moving) a little easier!nnThe space looked clean and well run, with a good price. Couldn't be happier with decision to go with CubeSmart!
