Extra Space Storage

I Stopped by today to look at some storage options and pricing. I was greeted and helped by a wonderful employee Ronald, he was extremely helpful and even took the time to show me the different storage options and narrowed down the pricing for me. I went ahead and signed up for a unit and I’m very pleased!nnThe facility is very well kept and clean and the units are all very spacious. The building is well lit and kept at an optimal temperature for my storage needs. The Carts are all located in convenient location so it’s easy for me to load in and out.nnDefinitely recommend this facility as well as Ronald!

This was by far the easiest storage rental process ever! Alex and Ron were nice and super helpful. I only stayed for a month for moving purposes and was able to get a great deal. The storage facility is brand new and impeccably clean so I highly recommend this location. Cancelling my unit was also a breeze. Thank you Extra Storage! Will definitely return again when the time comes.

When I walked into the facility, I thought I was in trouble because the manager was upset with me that I made too many online reservations at different price rate and different facilities. At first I felt very uncomfortable to be blamed as a customer and was about to walk out of the facility. I thought that it would be like before renting an apartment, I would need to make different unit reservations to see where these units are located with factors like lighting, location to the car or elevator. As it turned out, the online reservation to see storage spaces is different than finding an apartment. The facility gets penalized by the company and upper management for not closing the sale with each reservations made online. I am sorry that I did not know that is the situation with storage and caused trouble for Alex and Dorothy. I hope that their district manager John understands that it’s not their fault but my misunderstanding about the online reservations.nAfter communication with Alex, I learned that I should have just come to the facility and look at units directly without making online reservations. Since the purpose of my storage is to have an extension of my home and office, I have expectations and price considerations to factor into my decision making. Thanks to friendly Alex and Dorothy who helped me to make better decisions. Their service was professional and helpful to show me well lit and well maintained spaces. This facility is a brand new apartment for my belongings. Highly recommend this facility for their great service.

I just rented a nice large unit there, as I found them to offer the best rates and usually they have specials one can take advantage of. The place is great, seems and smells new, bright and clean. They also have two different entrances on different levels of the building, very convenient. Worked with Alex and the whole transaction was smooth. Thank you!

I love Extra Space! The facility is clean and secure, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Every step of the experience has been so easy and friendly. I spoke to Alex, Dorothy, and Nelson at different points in the process, and each of them took time to make sure that I understood every step and that I was completely satisfied with everything.
