My first impression of the professionalism of the office staff. They were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in every conversation. The moving team did a great job. They were very efficient, wasting no time and getting every in and out of the truck. I can honestly say that was the best move we ever had. We will have to move again and we definitely will use them. The crew was amazing. They got all our stuff (including some large, heavy pieces of furniture), out of our old place and into the new place with ease. The new place has three flights of stairs but that wasn't a problem at all. They were on time and got the job done quicker than expected. All costs were explained in detail, both during the initial phone call and on the day of the move. We were referred to Prudential Van Lines by a family member who had used them, and we would recommend to anyone. Hopefully we don't have to move again any time soon, but if we do, we will keep Prudential Van Lines in mind.
Excellent moving company! Everyone from the office staff to the movers who came to my house we’re very courteous and professional. Very impressed with the care they gave my furniture and with the speed in which they got the job done. I highly recommended this moving company.
