I have been here for 3 separate issues and they honestly have gone above and beyond to help us. I have gone for my 85 year old grandma and they have always accommodated her. They always provided outstanding service and there are so many kind people working there.nI have seen that they have taken suggestions and implemented them which makes me confident that they are looking to continuously improve. With that being said I would recommend that maybe you provide early appointments dedicated to senior citizens as they really cannot spend hours waiting. Maybe set one hour aside first thing in the morning for seniors to come in every day.

PRM have a wrost service ever, justo pick up my passport i wait more then a hour.

Horrible service!! They work as badly unorganized as in the DR! WE ARE IN AMERICA PEOPLE!!! Lets process things faster!!! My cousin went in May for his passport renewal in Paterson and this is the day they have not processed it!! They even lost his picture and most likely old passport! We need to make our voices heard and contact the State and better business bureau because they need to be responsible and not take advantage of the Dominican community!!!!

I feel bad for this place, they really need to make some changes it.n-Never respond for callsn-It's unorganized, my friend have to come back here 3 timesn-Please better your website, like an option to make appointments if they cannot respond to calls
