As I got in the offices I was pleasantly greeted and attended, privileged to personally meet the Consul himself who is a true gentleman. I have called so many times and the woman that pick up the phone are very rude and answer as if I’m stupid and all I’m doing is asking a questions. If there’s any one that can answer me , I have to renew my 2 kids passports they are from Panama. I was told it only 2 money orders one for $110.00 and $75 to send. Is that for each child?? I called and got my answer but lady was soooo rude

I have been calling for DAYS ... And NO one EVERRRRRRR answers the phone and its a emergency. They are times that you just can not take the day off to go there for 1 simple information that you can get over the phone. Please your hours are from 8:30an to 1:00 pm Mondays to Fridays............... Why no one ever answers that phone.
