The guy at the front desk is very nice, but the rest of the staff so arrogant.

We got there an hour and a half before they open just in case we had to wait in line, but no need, everything was really fast. Mr Jacob was really nice and let us in a little bit earlier than 9am. He said that the busiest days are Mondays, but we were first in line. The staff was really nice to us. Mr Victor was the person that helped us, and we appreciate everything.

For those who's requiring visa to travel to Venezuela. Be aware that any signed document needs to be notarized ( ex. proof of employment). Make double copies of everything. Good luck!

Ppl are very fry and willing to help you. But you have to be ready and make sure your read the requirements & operational hrs. So none wastes time. So be prepared.

Great service was in n out in less than 20 minutes just a heads up almost everything must be pre done online.
