The receptionist here, for the last 7 months, have been acting unprofessional. Her unfitted manner is consistently impacting my family members. From simple scheduling request to selecting the best time to pick up passport, she acts so belittling and rude. This matter needs to be investigated.

I don't know how to express my gratitude, so I am writing a review here.nI needed a document urgently and Mr. Nam-hoon Kim helped me through all the process to get it in time. He even got the plan B in case the process' delayed, as well as strived to make it in time. He is the best of best!

It is almost impossible to talk to anyone in the consulate. Even if you manage to do it somehow, the service is very poor. Very poorly organized, frustrating and disappointing. I don't think they deserve to get paid with any tax payer's money.

Upon entering the building at around 9:30AM, I was afraid of a ginormous line of people once I made it to the sixth floor. There were about six people ahead of me in line to check in with the information desk but that line moved fairly quickly. After I made it to the front, to my surprise I was seen in a matter of 10 minutes by a young lady at the window and was on my way. Of course the whole process goes much smoother if you have all of your documents. Most efficient visa process I’ve experienced for teaching abroad.
