Awesome staff. Everyone is compassionate and patient. They actually go above and beyond to accommodate elderly staff. I applaud each one of them .nMr. Malik was super helpful. He was very courteous and patient. He helped us through the seamless process.nThank you so much!!!

I visited the consulate on 10 November 2020 for getting my life certificate. It gives me immense pleasure to say that the staff was so courteous and helpful that there are no words to describe their positive attitude.The place was spic and span and a wonderful seating arrangement exits to make the visitors comfortable. The entire process starting from the receipt of documents and the issue of certificate was over in about an hour. Really grateful to each and everyone there

What a change of pace and attitude of this office from 5 years back. Like their energy and dedication to work round the clock in these testing times. Had applied for an emergency visa got it all done in less than 5 hours that too during second wave of pandemic when everyone is hunkered down. Keep the great work going folks......you all are hero's.

Not so good service... I applied for my lost passport 7 months ago and my application is under process at this Embassy since 3 months. I did so many emails asking that why my application process time so long but there is only one copy paste answer to all my questions every time that is they are waiting for an approval from competent authority. When I asked what is this competent authority, they said that's their internal process. I understand it's COVID time but still since 3 months my application is in process at embassy. I am still waiting for my passport.nI personally visited consulate and they said they didn’t receive one document. I had already mailed that document and also emailed. When I explained them, they gave me passport right away. I would say better to go in person if you want to get your application done quickly.
