Consulate General of Senegal

I went with my sister and her 3 kids to renew our passports. We were there at 9:00 and all left before noon with our brand new passports. I know we are used to complaining here and there about anything but this was the best service I ever got and I am not sure many countries can do the same. To the staff taking care of passports and to the Consul and his entire team simply BRAVO!!! You make us all proud.

Line stay busy don't even know why have a business phone number if you can't answer them very poor and unprofessional

After failing to get my passport renewed in Canada, I decided to fly to New York to get one. I thought it was going to be difficult like it was at the Senegal embassy in Canada. I was surprised to have my passport in 15mins. The process was easy and quick. Their website needs to be updated and the place needs renovation. Overall I was happy with the service I got.
