You could get lost here in the best of ways! I’ve also always had very nice customer service and they always try to get you a little savings. When you go in the elevator everything is clearly labeled by floor. They have small eateries and bars. I went when it was a little busy and everyone was pretty good about having a mask on and being social distanced.

Beautiful department store! I only wish the stock of items was more appealing. There is a wide variety of boutique and basic items but not a lot of interesting midrange items. Great for athleisure!

This has the potential to be a New York must go to location due to it's proximity to Carnegie Hall , Columbus Circle and Central Park. The Men's Store has seemingly gotten it,but the main store which notably handles women's , children's and homegoods along with the gastro delight Wolf . The Nordstrom experience doesn't seem to translate into a New York experience.The service is lacking with the exception of one employee I encountered named Barbara on the second floor Designer floor . Class act who knows how to take care of the quintessential New Yorker expecting expert quality service. No surprise Valentino recognized her to represent their line. Thank you Barbara for loving your job and being passionate to helping your clientele.

Nordstrom was an amazing person to work with during the whole process having a kid is stressful enough so having a person like her throughout the process really makes things easy, I definitely will be pointing any future parents looking to buy cribs, etc I will definitely be sending them her way! Way to go Nordstrom only!

I went in for a Daisy perfume and was sold one that was already open. It didn’t come in a plastic covering and it had fingerprints all over the metal rim of the bottle. Not only was I sold the seemingly used perfume at full price, but I went in after quarantine was over and it’s a little annoying that they would think of selling me something that’s been touched by What I assume to be many other people. I should have checked noticed the perfume he put in my bag didn’t have a plastic cover as it usually does. Next time you go in make sure you’re getting what you pay for.
