Nordstrom Men's Store

A truly astonishing and memorable experience. Top notch service, never met kinder and more generous people at a store! I got top tier service, really really great, felt like a personal touch, and everywhere I turned I was greeted in a kind way by the Nordstrom team. Higher end than I felt, also felt a bit more polished and boutique than normal Nordstrom stores. The restrooms were incredibly clean, and though I did spend more than I went in thinking I would (ha!), I still had a lot of fun and found what I wanted/needed. Thank you Nordstrom! Stay strong!

Luxury shopping

A very customer-oriented Nordstrom experience as to be expected. So 5 stars for that! The unexpected & innovative experience was attributed to the closing of the exhibition-Styling: Black Expression, Rebellion, and Joy Through Fashion; excellently curated by Souleo. #StylingBLK. Presented by Long Gallery Harlem & Nordstrom.nSome designers featured were Artists Willie Cole, Beau McCall & others. Amazing experience overall!

Although I did not purchase anything, Ehsan and Will in the shoe department were awesome. Very welcoming, attentive and their mission was to make sure I walked out of there satisfied. Great example of good customer service. Will be back when im ready to pick up some shoes.

Was just visiting, after visiting w/ mom... that's her store, not mine... wasn't alot of traffic, they might be in trouble staying afloat during pandemic.
