Shanna is awesome! She is professional, helpful, and kind. She took a lot of stress out of a difficult move by explaining things, answering questions, then completing the process correctly. I know who I can call if I need any help with my unit. She made a rough day much better. The facility is clean and well secured. Highly recommend the company for storage. Glad I was able to deal with Shaman for her great customer service.
Shanna was not only super friendly and helpful, she also kept me safe by wearing her mask. She took the time to walk me through the process of getting through the gates and doors and taught me how to use a cylinder lock - all while being nice and all smiles. Thank you, Shanna, Extra Storage is now my first choice when it comes to storing anything. You did great!
The online process to reserve my unit was very easy; it's a great and very user-friendly website. The staff here was wonderful. Rikki, the manager, was helpful and kind. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent service at this location, because the facility is maintained by two dedicated and conscientious managers. The building and the lot are always clean and orderly. There is plenty of equipment and all of the equipment is in good condition. This has been my best experience ever dealing with a storage facility. Would definitely feel comfortable renting here again.
The Assistant Manager Shanna was outstanding in helping me find a great unit..! She was extremely pleasant and so helpful!! She gave me a tour and answered my questions. I would recommend seeing her for the best rates!
