Casey is friendly and responsive. It is nice to work with a small business. Our move of a small number of items - mostly furniture- was orchestrated from 3,000 miles away. That meant that friends were at the pickup and delivery sites. Casey arrived promptly, packed, and were on their way in good time. ~45min later, my friend realized they forgot a large piece - even though he originally told Casey they were all set. On one hand the item, a dining room table, was listed on the items to be taken. On the other hand, my friend said they were all set. To Casey’s credit, they turned around and picked up the item. I was impressed that he gave us a partial credit due to the trouble. Bottom line, while there was confusion, Casey made up for it both in correcting the oversight and made up most of the charge with a credit. The actual handling, loading and delivery were well done. I happily recommend Casey’s Movers.

Casey and his crew came out and moved furniture from inside our house to the garage so that we could do the last steps of our remodel. It was a very last minute job and he took it on no questions asked. Then returned a week later to move the furniture back. He even wrapped and protected delicate items so no damage could be done. Quality and over the top service!

We needed help loading up a moving truck for us to drive back to California. It was a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment and the truck was loaded ~2 hours. (A little over but Casey only charged us for 2! ) The packing for the truck was so nicely done, nothing was shifted or broken! Thank you so much!! We got inspected near the OR CA broader and the guy was super impressed too. Thanks again for your help! Will definitely recommend!

Did a Portland to Portland small move. Casey was able to help out last minute and fit us in in the evening. Him and daryl did a good job, worked quickly and efficiently, and did not damage anything. Stuck by price quoted and were finished in 2.5 hr. They accidentally left with some of our stuff that was left in the truck since it was dark and they missed it, but brought it back next day without a problem. Would use again and would recommend for movers.

I needed to move my 99 year-old mother from her independent apartment to Assisted Living. A very difficult move for her both emotionally and physically. I called Casey Movers after receiving a bid from another company that I considered too high. The minute I spoke with Casey I felt reassured I’d found the right company...and I was right! I’m so grateful to Casey and his team for their outstanding service. Giovani and Mario were very efficient, competent, and courteous and were busy from the moment they arrived until the minute they moved the last piece of furniture. It was clear they knew what they were doing and I was amazed that the final tally was so reasonable. I will DEFINITELY recommend Casey Movers to anyone searching for a reputable company. We’ll also be calling them again when we’re ready to move from our own home. Moving is seldom something anyone looks forward to but Casey made it much easier. Overall, a platinum experience!
