T-Mobile has been a great service for myself and my wife. We were in the Johnson Creek store so she could get information on a smart watch. She also had battery issues with her s10. She ultimately paid the remaining balance of her phone off and traded it in for the s20. She also got the smart watch she wanted. Rep was very knowledgeable and helped her with everything.

Rip off. Don't trust them. They conned data from customers during Covid. There service is horrible

Amazing customer service and knew all the answers to my moms questions

The last 2 times my wife and I went here for new equipment, we were taken advantage of. The first time, my wife went in for a phone upgrade. The girl who helped her grabbed a wireless charger, a glass screen protector, an otterbox, and a micro sd card for the phone as well. Since she didn't ask for the extra stuff, she was under the impression that it all came with the new $960 dollar phone we were buying. Then we got the bill...nThe second time I was unimpressed with these guys was a few months ago. We went in together to get smart watches. I got the galaxy smartwatch and my wife got another samsung watch. During the checkout, we were told that we had to have a data line for each watch or they wouldn't work. I specifically asked the young man if our watches absolutely had to have a separate plan, and he said yes, so we went ahead and did it. Then they explained that they couldn't add the lines to the account we have and for the price they quoted because it was too old of a plan, or something like that. Some months later and we find out that our watches would work fine over wifi or a bluetooth connection to our phones! Seriously!!nWe have been customers of t-mobile for more than 15 years now. I am seriously rethinking our continuing relationship. Especially with all the prepaid options out there...

Quick help for the wife's iPhone. May save me $$$ on a new one.
