AT&T Store

I had an old prepaid phone that I lost the account info to and needed to cancel it. Nice helped me and had it canceled in less then 5 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Nic.

Dont come to this AT&T, they could care less about any customer. The manager went and sat in his office to eat his food while i waited for an hour. Clearly didnt care about me. Come here if you have hours to spare. Clackamas mall has a store and they would have had me set up in 10 minutes.

I don’t like technology upgrades but Tim is awesome. Didn’t really know what I was looking for when I went in but three hours later I had a new phone, new case, new plan, new earbuds. Tim was patient and took his time answering all my questions in layman terms I could understand. Thanks Tim! A lot of places have lost sight of what customer service and could take a lesson from Tim! Top notch!

As you know Since AT&T took over dish there has been issues from miscommunications to weird billing issues. It is hard to find someone who will listen, process and resolve issues. Many times employees are inexperienced, poorly trained or just do not care and give you the run around. But this review is my experience with Timothy. Tim has went above and beyond to solve all my issues. Very professional, experienced and courteous. I would have most likely switched from AT&T over all the issues I’ve had and Tim has solved every single issue that customer service couldn’t resolve. That kept me from looking at other options. AT&T is lucky to have him on payroll.

My experience with AT&T during a call to the customer service line was very frustrating so I went into the store and I'm so thankful I did!nnNot only was I able to work out my long to-do list during my store visit but I was very impresser with the customer service and overall experience that Timothy, the store manager provided.nnTimothy was so knowledgeable, cool, calm and collected during our 3 hour interaction I went back a week later to add another line and buy a new phone - can't recommend him enough!
