Best Buy

I've always enjoyed this particular Best Buy. I've never had a bad shopping experience. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the prices are often high even though they technically do price matching. However, I can't think of a time where I've had a bad interaction. The staff typically have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. Especially if an item isn't available or I've had questions involving my account.nPlus, I'm glad to see they have taken extra precautions regarding covid. You have the ability to order items online and if you don't want them shipped you can send them to your local store. The local store will text/email when they are ready. They also give a generous five day window to pick up, which I like.nOnce you arrive, you park in one of the designated numbered spaces, check in on the app and they assign you a ticket number. That number will be checked by the staff member before loading the items into your vehicle wherever you'd like (front, back, trunk, etc). Then off you go.

Was crowded but Black Friday weeks usually are. But people shopping there were well mannered and wearing their masked. Social distancing was kinda hard to do with the crowd. They really needed to do more limiting on occupation percentages. Was plenty of parking and a general pleasant experience.

Friendly helpful staff and competitive pricing on some things like appliances.

This is a decent best buy but the company as a whole has been going downhill for a while.
