Santa Fe Skin Vitality: William Rowland, PA-C

I discovered William several years ago. I had been going to a couple different places in Santa Fe and was delighted to see William's competitive pricing and decided to go see him and check it out. I was very happy with the results. And the pricing. And William was very thorough, listened to me and discussed things in detail with me before we began. He did excellent work with the Botox and the filler. And has continued to be consistent with his great work and pricing over the years. As the client, we must be proactive about our treatments and discuss what we want with our practitioners. We must also be aware that from time to time there may be some side affects as a result, and that may be different than we had imagined it would be in our own minds. I don't think it's always appropriate to blame our care giver on these things. When you are getting treatments, it is being done in a sensitive area. I have been to many many people over the years, in different states also, for treatments and do not have a bad thing or experience to speak of in anyway with Santa Fe Skin Vitality and William. I have referred friends here and they also have been very happy. The best way to know what works for yourself is to go give it a try.... And ask questions, talk about what you want and how to achieve that with the products being offered. This is by far, the best place in Santa Fe.

William did my lip fillers on 9/22. He did very horrible job and my lips look botched. He injected way to much filler on the right side of my mouth.I’m going to have to pay again somewhere else to get this mess fixed. My “keyhole pout” is a off to my left side of my mouth. I look like I got hit on the right side. He also injected the filler above my lip. I reached out to him about this, he said he’d fix, I travel an hour one way to get to his office for him to tell me that he’ll fix it at MY expense. I have more then enough money to afford to pay full price for this product. In my case it was a case of botched work. I really hope this review helps someone to double think before going there because I’m starting to feel very depressed on the way I look. I’m so embarrassed. This was my third time having fillers in his office. First time he sold myself and a friend his “special product made for him” it didn’t take for myself or my friend. The so called filler had dissolved within a few days therefore we were forced to go back a second time which in this case he did allow us to pay the difference for juvedurm. Just an update. I went somewhere else to have this messed fixed. The damage was so bad that I’ve had to have all the filler dissolved. The injector at this other location was completely blown away by the horrible job that I had done. She said the filler was so far up past my lip, half the syringe was in one place in my lip, and the way it was injected it could have caused severe damage to my face. Once this is all said and done I will have spent close to 2000 on this mess.

I got filler in my frown lines, botox and a vampire facial. He does awesome 💋 as well. I couldn't be happier with the results. William worked with me on scheduling and price was affordable. He answered all my questions and called to see how I was doing and if I was happy with results.

I won’t recommend for lip fillers!! I visited Santa Fe Skin Vitality in late May and had 1 cc of juvederm injected in my lips (majority in my upper lip). My lips stayed bruised but didn’t really swell and within a few days they were back to normal and looking exactly the same before the filler. In August I visited another professional injector since I was not happy with my result from Santa Fe Skin Vitality and told her about my experience. She examined my lips and she COULDN'T find any previous filler in my lips and said that the previous filler used were either injected to deep into the muscle and it dissolved faster or the filler was poor quantity! I do not recommend!!

I have been going to William since 2018 and I am always so happy with my Botox. After consultation with William, today I had my lips done and they look amazingly natural. As a PA, he's professional, knowledgeable and I can trust his work and the results.
