Great service for my move from ny to fl

If you are considering this company for a long distance move... just don’t.nNow before the lady or owner reads this, I already know what you’re going to say because your very rude customer service rep that interrupts you every time you talk, so nicely interrupted me to tell me! You supposedly have 21 business days to bring us our things....Who waits that long for their furniture?!nThe guys who came and picked up our things were great, all the way up the point where the DRIVERS were saying 3-7 business days we will get our stuff. Okay, no problem. That’s a very reasonable amount of time to deliver things. I didn’t squabble at the fact that they almost doubled our pricing, making things extremely tight on our end and to the point where it would have made more sense to get a moving truck ourselves, but they were there, he said 3-7 business days. Fine.nFast forward to a week out and the conversation with the extremely rude customer service rep where I am informed (but rudely interrupted) that I have up to 21 business days! She even said, not that it really takes 21 days.nAs I have read on multiple reviews here before I decided to post, she kept saying the dispatcher is unavailable etc etc. She then promised me a call back only if she has more information, she never did. And really I think she just told me that to shut me up. My husband calls, same thing...you’ll get a call on Monday, no call on Monday. Calls again...nSTILL no ETA.nnYou are in the business of customer service, not highway robbery. Customers come FIRST! Providing someone with an ETA is the absolute LEAST that you can do for a customer.nnAnd my advice to your customer service rep and whoever answers these reviews as a Business Development Manager myself, maybe start with an apology or actually HEAR what your customers are saying to improve. Interrupting them and being rude is really not going to help you get more customers, or even retain them.

We moved from New York to Denver. We couldn’t be more happier great service from top to bottom. The guys were on time and did an amazing job wrapping our furniture. Thank you so much Cobra team for making the moving easy for us

They did a move for me from Washington state to Indiana. Customer service is amazing. The movers were respectful and courteous. The move was faster than expected. And the price was very affordable. Hopefully I won't be moving again for a very long time. But if I do, I will be calling Cobra Van Lines. Excellent job. Thanks guys!!
