I felt safe with the precautions they are taking to take care of their staff and clients during this pandemic. The staff was friendly and Reina made me feel very comfortable. I am so happy with my purchase and the place is beautiful! Needless to say I’ll be returning! Thank you to the staff!

I’ve been going to Santa Fe Vein & Med Spa since they first opened. They have been so enjoyable to go to. They are friendly and inviting. Their services are great and I’ve even won gifts at their openings! They always give so much back and always make me feel at ease when I want to know about any new treatments. You will never regret going.

If I could give less than a star I would. This owner is one of the rudest in Santa Fe. When I was in for a consultation, I overheard her berating her staff about how bad the business is doing and it was very unprofessional. I felt her staff was very friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable. Terrible way to treat employees. I have been on a "wait list" for over a year for functional medicine. I've decided to go else where. Save your time and money.

$200 to cover only one small spot, I felt robbed. Save your money, there are cheaper and better alternatives. By the way last visit was like throwing my money down the toilet as there was no significant improvement, be aware! The first time I went there was in June. I was so happy with the results, but the next time that I got the same treatment, nothing happened, I came home expecting the same process as the first time but no. I called and asked why was I not getting the same results as the first time, she said she used a different hand piece ( she did not tell me that during the treatment) She said I had to wait several weeks to see any improvement. I did not see any change, just the change that happened to my marks as time went by. I went this month to the follow up appt. She offered to treat my marks again for 200 each.

The positives of Santa Fe Vein & Med Spa: Excellent safety protocol. Pleasant and polite front desk receptionist Allison; a gentle injector, Raina. As a woman of a certain age I have been receiving Botox and fillers for double digit years, know what to expect, and rarely have been disappointed. As a first time client for Botox at Santa Fe Vein & Ned Spa I was disappointed. I returned to Santa Fe Vein & Med Spa two weeks after the injection sharing my disappointment and concern with Raina. She explained that it "takes about four weeks to see a difference." I'm familar with how-long-it-takes-to-see-a-difference and three months post Botox injection there has been no difference. I paid $200 more than I've normally been charged. Both Allison and Raina suggested I speak with the owner, Dr. Kristin Biggs, of Santa Fe Vein & Med Spa. When Dr. Biggs contacted me she seened surprised that she had not heard anything about this situation. Although I've never met Dr. Biggs she is also the supervising physician (I think) for all cosmetic procedures, and I found her response questionable. Sharing the story again Dr. Biggs cherfully suggested I should have another procdure (upselling), PRP, or various other expensive procedures . She was not interesed in correcting the situation or the possibility I wasn't injected with the proper amount of Botox. According to her record 52 units of Botox were injected in the areas I suggested; glabella (the skin between the eyebrow and above the nose0, and the corners of each brow as I've had successfully injected before. Fifty two units seemed excessive; regardless it was a failure and the area seems damaged, worse than before the unsuccessful injection. I've never written a cricitcal review of a cosmetic procdure but felt it necessary regarding the Santa Fe Vein & Med Spa. Dr. Biggs is uninterested, univolved in any cosmetic procdure, unaccomodating, not accepting or assuming any responsibility for failed injections.
