Cupcakes By Carousel

We just ordered 6 cupcakes and had our friend Dr. Lee pick up the cupcakes on her way here. When she got here and we opened the box, there were only 4. We're super busy today, so it was extremly upsetting that we had to call them and my friend had to drive back and forth to pick up the two forgotten cupcakes. When my husband called, an employee did apologize but kept reiterating that this usually doesn't happen. Dr. Lee told me the worker likewise attempted to cover for the business when she arrived, yet offered no compensation. The delay caused my friend to be late for her appointments. Wow. Some customer service. It's not bad enough they forgot, but to consistently discard responsibility and make customers feel this way completely devalues their brand. I've been buying cupcakes from them a lot recently, but this is not only unprofessional but upsetting. Very disappointed by their service.

Wonderful selection of breads & pastries, there’s a reason why there’s a line almost out the door at the weekends! Will definitely recommend & will definitely be back for some more of the excellent baguettes!

Been a faithful customer for years!!! Really wish the Montclair location was still open. Blue and Red Velvet are our families favorite go to for all occasions. So much that we haven’t even tried the other flavors(I’m sure are just as good). Love! Love! Love!
