Amazing product as always however this time over the top service! My friend sent me an arrangement in the middle a tropical storm and my part of town was very bad and the tree had blocked the road I live on and it’s a pretty decent walk and the person drive dying walked all the way in the rain to deliver my package. God bless you guys and thank you!

I agree with Tasia's comment. Byron just couldn't remember and he was sneezing on the cookies in the background on the phone. Good thing these cookies were not for me for.

So disappointed in this business. I ordered a cookie basket for the labor and delivery nurses who delivered my baby boy. After spending over $80.00 on one cookie basket, they charged and additional $21.00 for “hand delivery” of the basket to the hospital. A week had gone by since I selected the hand delivery date, and I had not received any email confirmation that the cookie basket was delivered or other confirmation of recipient receipt. I called the Englewood franchise and there was no answer. I left messages with the front desk who said I would need to talk to the manger and still no one called me back. I called cookies by design directly and they were able to confirm the basket was delivered via fed ex and left at the hospital and NOT hand delivered. I then asked if I would be reimbursed for the hand delivery fee being that the basket was not hand delivered. The main customer service line said I would need to contact the Englewood franchise again. So I called and left a message for the store manger again and to date have not received even a call back. I am just so disappointed in this business for charging $21.00 for “hand delivery” and then failing to provide ANY confirmation of the basket being delivered until I called up myself, then upon calling up, I find out that the basket was not hand delivered, just left at the hospital, yet my card was still charged for the most expensive delivery method fee of “hand delivery”. And then to not even get a call back from the business is just ridiculous and unprofessional. Would never order from them again. There are so many other basket and cookie package companies that have better business practices and better customer care.
