Best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too! Coffee always tastes delicious!

The morning people need to be in check. I work at a dunkin donuts in paramus and I personally would never give the drinks I received this morning to any customer. I ordered a frozen matcha latte and working at dunkin, I KNOW the one I received shouldn't have looked like that. It wasn't even made with milk, it was made with water. The frozen chocolate I ordered was filled to 70% of the cup and barely had any chocolate. The person in front of me was yelled at for coming back to have his order fixed. Excuse me? Employees need to be checked and retrained, or simply fired. Lastly, I tried to use 2 free beverage coupons for me and my son for the app and they told me they could only take one at a time. At my dunkin, there's no such thing. I earned those points through ordering my drinks, having them refused was simply frustrating.

This dunkin is always great. When ever I use the app, my drink is ready upon arrival. Staff is friendly and professional.

Service is good. In and out you can't sit inside

It's a Dunkin Donuts. Not a Dunkin. They still serve greasy fried bread with sugar on top. Mmmmmmmm Donuts.
