Dunkin'

The owner has once against decided to raise the prices for no other reason than to try to recoup some of the losses experienced by having to close down due to Covid. Ridiculous! Why are the prices of coffee and donuts higher than any of the 5 dunkin franchises in a 2 mile radius! they should be boycotted for trying to Capitalize on everyone's loss! I know I'm not going to pay more for no reason.

They never have online orders ready. Three days in a row and waited 20 to 30 minutes each time.

Fantastic experience! I ordered number “6” donuts for my daughter’s birthday. The company messed up and didn’t make enough blue ones like I ordered. The manager, Farheen, went above and beyond to make up for it. She asked me for a photo of my daughter and made custom donuts in 15 minutes. Now THAT’S customer service. Well done. We will be back for sure.
