Stretch-Out, Fascial Stretch Therapy

Well, I haven't felt this good in years!!! Kudos to Lisa for her excellence in stretch therapy. I actually couldn't move from my lower back pain. I was desperate for help and in my line of work do not have any spare time. Lisa brought me right in and WOW!!! I was a little soar the next day but completely changed my entire body. Neck, shoulders, hips and of course lower back pain gone. She takes her time and focuses on exactly what your telling her. Beautiful space too. Very relaxing. Best thing I ever did for myself. I would give 10 stars if I could. Lisa is the sweetest most comforting person, people dont get any better than this. I have severely tight hamstrings giving me back pain that puts me out of work. She assured me a few sessions and I would notice a difference. She wasn’t kidding. Back at work, feel much better. Id say an Honest 75% better.
