n°lighten an infrared therapy sauna

N lighten studio is amazing! Naomi was welcoming and her calm energy was Soothing to my husband and I during a stressful time! The sauna is clean and the experience was delightful! We will definitely be back on a regular basis!! Thank you Naomi for a wonderful clean and safe experience!

I love this place, they have two really cool red light saunas, where you get to relax and detox. The whole place is really clean and the owner is super nice. I love the town that is in too, very peaceful and close to the water. I highly recommend!
