Oz moving and storage is good only if you are moving in the same day. I put my trust in them by leaving my furniture in their storage for over a year. Making my storage fees on time every month. When I was ready to have my things returned. I didn't unpack immediately but I felt like I didn't get everything back. When I started to unpack low and behold I had quite a few things missing. Including my deceased husband things were missing. And I noticed more things along the way were missing. I was not compensated from the moving company not even from my insurance company. I was contacted mostly through emails. I was sent an email by Allison to fill out a claims forms which I filled out and never heard anything back. This was very impersonal. So now I am false to take a lost for my missing things. The police said that I can file for a civil case. Which I'm thinking about doing. The only reason why I havent gotten to it yet is because I'm not exactly near the courthouse. I am still devastated about my missing things. Especially my dead husband things. If I do decide to take it to court. I'm going to whole nine with it. Especially because oz moving company was not concerned. Once again, they are good only if you are moving in one day not for long storage. I still give thanks to manny and June.
