While the location isn’t ideal in the heart of Getty Square, I love the staff and service here. The morning, afternoon AND evening staff always know what I want and how I like it and are quick to greet me, always providing friendly and excellent customer service.

Dirty, Smells, Staff are rudenEverytime I come here I'm greeted by the same lady and she doesnt wear gloves. She's also very rude. The place stinks as well. The bathroom is NEVER open. Please don't come here.

Most disgusting customer service. So slow. Not clean. Bathrooms never work for customers. Needs new management asap.

I love the manager here she is always a pleasure to me. My only concern is the homeless people who stays even after being told to leave. My overall experience at this location is a good one when I get what I ask for and leave.
