Franklin Nail and Spa

I am absolutely pleased with their service. It was my first time and due to Covid-19 I was a bit nervous. However, once you come in, the environment is super inviting. The facilities are very clean. The staff is super friendly and they are very nice. Everyone has their masks on and there is clear barrier in all stations, even in the nail/toes drying station. When my toes where drying I received a complimentary shoulder massage and I was in heaven. My feet are so renewed. Thank you very much and many blessings. Will definitely return very soon.

Always treated like a VIP here! Love it! You get your appointment on time, they listen to how you want your nail shape, the massages are great that come with your manicure and pedicure! All the employees are very nice and the owner is great.

I was in the area waiting for a friend who had an appointment. I was able to walk in and get a mani pedi, for which I was very thankful, as it was near closing time. My back up plan was to sit in the library nearby. I was very happy they made it work and made me feel like a princess doing hands and feet at the same time. Thank you for your hard work!
