Infrared Light Sauna Studio

Awesome experience. The owner Jon is also awesome. He allowed me to come early and he also took the time to explain how Infrared Saunas work. By far best sauna experience I’ve ever had! You would be a fool not to at the least, give this a try!

A beautiful space with friendly staff from booking an appointment to actually visiting the establishment. The saunas are clean, gorgeous and calming. Reached a point of meditation that was very lovely for the 35 min sweat. Totally recommend and will be back in the near future.

Sensual. This establishment is infused with care and attention to every detail. Essential oils waft from the diffusers, there is light and color in the lobby. When you walk into your private sauna there was a Brazilian samba playing gently while color therapy was used for chakra healing. It is just one of the most memorable and sensual experiences i have ever had!

If they had a shower room I'd give them a 5 star rating

After 1 session I had felt differences in my ability to breath. My sinuses opened up and I also sleep better because of that.
