The team of Jake+2 was on-time, professional, efficient, and accommodating. Jake explained the process very clearly up front and was well aware of the COVID compliant measures for him and his crew.nnWe are settled happily in a new place and want to share our appreciation for you and Jake. I would not recommend this company to no one. I booked my appointment few months in advance so far in advance that they called me to make sure it was correct. When I booked and when they called to confirm with me they told me the day I booked was clear they had no one else on that day. They gave me my estimate over the phone and email. The day before my move I get a call they need to reschedule because they booked someone else in my time slot because that person had a time frame to use the elevator. I told them that's not my problem I booked months in advance and they can't reschedule me because I have other companies coming for delivery and they can't be in their way and also i had a cleaning company coming at a certain time in the old place to clean so rescheduling at a different time would clash. So the supervisor calls and tells me the person who called me told me incorrect info that they rescheduled me cause the rain. I looked at my forecast and told them there is no rain at the time I am moving. They still refused and rescheduled me. Which I know was a lie because the other person would not have gave me a full explanation of how they booked someone in my spot. The day of my move they call me and say we 20 mins away. I told them they rescheduled me so I rescheduled the other deliveries they said well we 20 mins away. Now this is a different time slot they are coming after they rescheduled me a different time. Now I had less furniture to move then initially I was quoted because I end up getting rid of some furniture they told me will still be same price. Why they put my furniture on truck and now quote me another price $200 more and tell me they going to hold my furniture until I pay. I called the office the office said pay the guys and we will call u back. They never called me back. I called them and they said the person who gave me the quote, quoted my moving price too low. That is not my problem I booked few months in advance they knew what my price was months before. So I could not get my money back. Now I'm unpacking I am missing a box. I called no answer. I emailed no response.

It seems like as soon as I called, they hopped on a jet and showed up in like 10 seconds. The time they showed up from the time everything was set up, it seemed like time didn't pass at all. My furniture is really sturdy and I doubt if I would have been able to build it so well.

It was pretty cool to not have a bunch of chaos during this move. I heard a bunch of mover stories which made me not even want to hire any of them. Instead of letting people's opinion determine what I'm doing in my life, I hired them and I have no regrets. I be you won't either if you give them a call.

Before i was really scared by reading the reviews that this company is fake but NOT TRUE AT ALL. I just moved in to new place today and they handles my moving so well and Jay and other people who came with him were very nice. If you tell them honestly on how much stuff you have thn there is no hidden fee. I will definitely use NJWIDE moving again. You can not beat the price !!!
