This facility is amazing! The management (Ryan) and staff (Fedoria) are top notch and also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond making life simple. They are real people who care. Clean, safe, super-convenient to RT 17 and easy to get into, with trolleys and elevators available to use. When customer service can be hard to come by these days, they are doing it right. Thank you Cube Smart Glen Rock team!
Ryan is courteous and helpful. I don't often go out of my way to compliment people on doing their jobs properly but the day I left I complimented both Ryan (sorry the woman's name escapes me) and staff on how well they keep on top of things. Well Done
Great people - Ryan is really helpful BUT.... CubeSmart is not a company I will ever use again. I moved out 2 days into my paid month and received no refund. It is sad to see another company not caring about its clients and taking advantage of them in order to maximize profits.
