Do not hire these people for your moving and storage need.nI hired them back in July for moving and storage. When we called it's like you are talking to extremely professional people, you will hear about their excellent customer service and family business etc. Once you pay them to move your stuff to the storage facility GOOD LUCK!nnIt's been more than 2 weeks since I been trying to reach them to schedule my move from their storage facility to our new place. I got lucky 2 times out of 20 times I called. One time they told me we are booked so we cannot move your items on your preferred date and gave me 10 days out from my moving date. I expressed that it is not acceptable to move to a place without having anything, I offered them flexibility but they said no, I asked them to speak to Ben the coordinator who I initially spoke to they said he is out of the office that day so he will call you back. As per their instruction, I emailed Ben and left 4 voice messages, its been 2 weeks. Every time now I call they send my call to voice mail, so I decided to call from Google voice number and right away somebody picked up. They gave me some random excuse and said let our customer service representative get back to you, that was last week. Now every time I call from either phone number they directly send it to voice mail.nnWe are less than 2 weeks from our move and we have no idea if we will ever receive our stuff. I will try one more time before filing a police report.nnImagine this, you are about to make the most memorable purchase of your life but you are extremely scared that you will never get any of your stuff. It's like we don't know whether we should be happy or stressed that one side we are purchasing our house but on another side, all our stuff is stolen.nnI would never wish this to happen to anyone. So it's my request for anyone who is reading this review, do not hire these people. Extremely horrible customer service.

My experience with A.A. American was a great one! I had never used movers before and was very nervous about picking a company, but they made it really an easy experience for me. Their employees are responsive and so friendlynAnd it made me feel like I was putting my stuff in good hands. The movers were so quick and hard working, and were all really caring towards our stuff! Overall, great experience. Additionally, the price is very reasonable as well.

First time moving and moving alone. Was very worried and concerned about the entire process.nI spoke with Ben and he took the time to explain and provide me with all the information i needed. Very patient and professional, answered all my questions.nThank you for the boxes as well! Provided with 10 boxes which were basically all i needed.nAnd then the big day came. Samuel called to inform that he was on the way. Keeping me in the loop of the eta was perfect. And then Samuel and the other man took care of everything, they dissembled the beds, wrapped them up carefully and transported them through those narrow stairs of my old apartment. Everything with such care and positive attitude.nWhen we arrived at the destination, they started unloading the truck, asked and helped me with the layout of the new bedrooms and reassembled everything back together. No damages, no issues. Finished within the expected time, professionally and with a great positive vibe.nIt definitely made all the process very easy and less concerning.nSo thank you A.A American moving and especially thank you so much Samuel for patiently and professionally taking care of it!

We were super impressed with the crew and moving team from A.A. Moving This was a first time move using this company and they made us feel very at-ease leading up to the move. On the day of, our three movers arrived on time and quickly jumped into the moving process. They had our large furniture pieces wrapped and packed very securely. Upon arrival to the new place, they confirmed 'where' to drop everything and in which rooms the boxes went and were finished under the time we were quoted. Afterwards, the team called to follow up and make sure we were pleased with the service. We love our new place and next time we move- We will be using A.A. American again.

This company and all of those who worked to set up, pack up, and move out was a fabulous experience. As you could imagine, the move was overwhelming and a bit stressful. However, this company removed the chaos and managed all right alongside me to complete it in the best was possible. I would definitely use them again. I felt safe and my belongings were cared for.
