I had an excellent experience with this facility from start to finish. They were extremely responsive to my initial inquiry, and provided me with thorough answers and explanations to all my questions. Upon my arrival, Scott was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The entire facility looked clean and well-maintained. The unit was very easily accessible with all units being on one floor, and there are multiple access doors and parking spaces. Would definitely recommend to others.
I became a customer 7 years ago and could not be happier with my experience. The sign up and move in process was seamless and smooth. They were always so courteous and helpful. The facility was always clean. Other customers were all very nice as well so when you saw another customer, the encounter was always pleasant.
Awesome people. Very friendly. Storage units are clean, easily accessible and always satisfactory! Kay, the manager, is always willing to help out which makes the whole experience easier also.

Scott and Kaye are so polite, respectful, patient and accommodating. The place is very clean and secure - your own unique code gives you access to the building code, and a separate lock (your own padlock) must be on the unit. Highly recommend.
