Bagel Emporium

Best Bagels around. My office orders from there all the time. Bagels are fresh and frequently still warm. The texture of that first bite is just so perfectly crisp and the inside is airy as it should be. Plus their sandwiches are 100% legit. Highly recommend their everything with scallion cream cheese.

i ordered an everything bagel and got the WORST cinnamon raisin. they messed up both my orders and i was really looking forward to this.

I watched them mess up a bagel order and look totally dumbfounded when the guy brought back the order. From that bagel the took the sausage off the bagel and put it on the grill again. The whole time I am thinking that sausage had ketchup on it. I'm going to be mad if that goes on my bagel. I get home with my bagel to find out they never put any meat on my bagel. So instead of going back to the bagel store. I went to Westside bagels in Ridgewood. Who didn't leave the meat off my bagel

I have been going to this Bagel Shop for a long time now and would always highly recommend them. Since the Covid crises I have seen that their service and quality of their product go downhill. When I have placed my order lately it is as if the girl taking my order is not listening to what I am saying. I repeat myself almost to the point of embarrassment to ensure she has my order right. Its not rocket science . A well done bagel toasted extra well done with butter or cream cheese. I never used to order mine toasted because their bagels were a nice mahogany color and crispy on the outside. They no longer make them that way so I have learned to order it toasted. No matter who is taking my order the bagel comes out slightly toasted. I have even told them to burn it.I threw my bagel out at least 5 times in the past 2 weeks because it wasn't what I ordered. I will no longer be returning here as I returned my last bagel just now. There was a very nice woman at the counter who I do not see there anymore named Lena. She was the absolute best.I think her absence has been detrimental in the way this place currently operates now.
