“B&G” BAGELS & CATERING

I don't see how this place has good reviews. We just moved to Ramsey and love giving business to our lovely main street, but we will now drive to other towns for bagels. I've given this place 4 chances and every time the bagel is stale, the egg sandwich has hardly any egg, etc. not to mention there were customers in there today taking off their masks in the small shop and staff just allowed it, plus there was no clear line to wait & I couldn't keep my distance, squeezing next to the woman with no mask so I could get my food from the counter and pay. So, I didn't feel comfortable being there, and the bagels were stale once again. No more chances.

The best bagels in the area. Always fresh. Awesome sandwiches. All around can't be beat.

Great bagels but truly terrible service. I'm never the one to write reviews let alone bad one's but this place deserves it. I've lived in Ramsey since 2016. I've come often but there has been too many times where the service has been subpar if not terrible. I've come in the afternoon during downtime where there would be 3 or more staff members on duty and no one would have any sense of urgency. It took roughly about 15 minutes before I got my simple bagel and lox. Recently, I called to place an order for pickup. I gave my card number and arrived within 20 minutes of when I was told it would be ready and when I got there no one had knew about my call in order for pick up.
