Buttercream & Sprinkles

I took a reservation in February for a decoration class in March 29th 2020 before coronavirus happened, we had to pay when you take reservations and then some time later the class was canceled due to coronavirusnbut they didn’t give ANY information about it even they got the money.nI expect at least “Sorry it’s because this situation, we can’t have a class” or something! Because there are no refund choices and I had to type in my e-mail or phone number in the confirmation page so they can contact me.nSo I asked them on Instagram and they said “ I will reschedule in September or possibly October.” Again, it’s End of November, they don’t send any information unless you ask them.nPersonally I think this is very irresponsible to not tell customers what they are going to do or what their plans are.nIf there are choices for canceling like other companies I might not expect a text from them but since they took money without doing anything I am really upset with the lack of care for customers.

Christie is so wonderful, I just celebrated my birthday with my friends at one of her decorating parties and she was so accommodating! Not only was she patient with us as we decorated our cupcakes, but the cupcakes and desserts I had ordered for my dessert table back home tasted AMAZING!!! I am /not/ a big cake fan but I ate so many mini cupcakes that night (and chocolate covered oreos :P). My favorite combo was the brown butter cake with cookie butter icing! Thank you Christie for making my special day so memorable. A month later and my friends are still talking about how great everything was!
