Jenna is my favorite massage therapist. She is not only professional, but very personable - a real sweetheart! Jenna has the knowledge to deal with my health issues and bring me to total relaxation.nnKathleen is my new favorite aesthetician. My new routine is to get a massage first, followed by a facial. My skin looked so much brighter after Kathleen's treatment. Cant wait to go back next month - this time bringing my daughter and dear friend!

I feel bad writing this because I’ve have a great Swedish massage here in the past. This time I had a prenatal massage since I’m 22 weeks pregnant and was expecting the same kind of massage- just lying on my sides and back (not my stomach). My masseuse applied zero pressure and it was more of just a rub with oil (using her cold hands). I worked up the courage to speak up and kindly asked her if she could apply more pressure and rub harder. She said no- typically a prenatal massage is super gentle. I was so disappointed because that is not what I was told from others who have had a prenatal at other spas. I googled it right after I left and the What to Expect pregnancy website says not to expect pressure on the legs but everywhere else is fine. Here’s exactly what it said:nn“And don’t expect deep tissue work on your legs during a prenatal massage. While gentle pressure is safe (and can feel heavenly!), pregnant women are particularly susceptible to blood clots, which deep massage work can dislodge. That, in turn, can be risky. On other body parts, the pressure can be firm and as deep or as gentle as you’d like. Always communicate with your therapist about what feels good — and if something starts to hurt.”nnI’m so disappointed because I went in there super tense and stressed from a long first half of the school year (I’m a kindergarten teacher) and I left feeling even more stressed.nnThe place is beautiful and has a nice relaxing atmosphere so I’m super bummed about this.

This location is clean and service at front desk was great, very friendly and attentive. They offered flavored water after check-in and they had peach and coconut infused flavors. I had a facial with Christie and she was amazing! I am always nervous about the extraction part, but she was SO gentle and thorough with my skin; she made it a piece of cake. She also gave great massages and made sure I was comfortable every step of the process. My Mom was with Jill for her massage and said she was amazing and her best massage ever! She also got her first facial ever with Maria and said it was a great experience and wants to make another appointment with her next time. I will definitely be making another appointment for my Mom and I next month at this location!

I cannot Express how wonderful my skin has been rejuvenating since a year of monthly visits with Lisa at Spring lake hand and stone. As a senior I've been leery of anything on my skin but soap now with the great products Lisa has recommended I use everything but . My new favorite is the lightly scentednlavender sound sleep cocoon. It really works for anresting sleep. Its been a wonderful year and Lisa is my go to every time
