Manhattan Bagel

Pick up Order was wrong! Asked for cold brew coffee (more $) got iced coffee (mostly ice) up charged to a bialy got an everything bagle (got overcharged on that as well), even added noted on order and still couldn't get it right. Very displeased!

Excellent and speedy customer service. Food is a little pricey but that's manhattan I suppose.

I ordered 2 bagels and a drink through ChowNow for curbside pickup but when I called that I arrived the gentleman told me those orders were not going through to the store. He asked me what I ordered and brought it out to me refusing to take any money or a tip from me. I will definitely be going back and ordering over the phone and leaving a large tip to cover what he did not charge me for, great service.
