I mean, it’s U-Haul. Can be busy, but they have a lot of vehicles at this location and will get you in and out if you are prepared. Trucks have a lot of power vs. other companies.

I’ve rented from this location about five times now. My perspective is that I think it is a reasonably run business. Nothing exceptional and definitely not terrible. I appreciate having it as a resource and they always have what I need. I think the other negative reviews might be both exceptions outside the norm and over-stating things. I try to rate carefully and rarely giving 5 or 1 stars.

I echo the other complaints. I stood in the empty shop for ten minutes today wanting to purchase boxes. When the one employee (owner? the guy in the pics) finally came back he brought along a new customer. He should have served me first (I was there first) but didn't even look at me or acknowledge me, standing there at the counter. I waited five more minutes as they dragged out whatever they were doing. Then I left. I can afford to pay two dollars per box but I can't afford a twenty minute wait just to be acknowledged.nnI got boxes at another store and won't be back to this one.nnHIRE TWO MORE EMPLOYEES it's preposterous to have a mostly unwatched retail shop.

Charged me for a half tank of gas because they are too lazy to check the correct level. Proceed to try and lecture me. Switched up my vehicle twice because they can’t find keys. Dear god, I hope they go out of business. Go anywhere else.

The customer service at this location is completely terrible. I made an appointment to have a hitch installed on my car. Dropped my car off and they said it was going to be about an hour to an hour and a half. I show up after 2 hours, not hearing from them and my car hadn't even been touched. They were shorted staffed and behind on other vehicles they were working on they said. No call no nothing within this 2 hour window. This is after waiting for someone to come into the store to help me after i waited for 15-20 minutes. I will never go to this location ever again. Terrible, terrible customer service I have ever encountered.
